Janet Mackenzie promoted out as a new Director in December. She is one of the few BeautiControl Directors still in the running for a brand new red Mustang Convertible. Let’s all cheer her on as her team grows and is part of her success.

It is exciting to celebrate personal BeautiControl achievements and to get all the fun gifts and money, but becoming a Senior Director has made me realize again that this career choice is an absolute BLESSING for me!

I realized that Directorship is only a stepping stone to even more exciting career levels, and this has re-ignited my passion for this company and our business.

We truly are in an incredible business that allows us to reach and dream as big as you want to. The money (small change or big bucks) is there for you. All you need to do is SPA!

The support is here for you and the only way you can fail in this business is if you give up. BeautiControl has so much to give and only requires you to dream, and do the work to make your dreams happen. This really is a sisterhood and we all walk, help, encourage and learn together.
I am so thankful for my friend Laurie and how she pushed me into this business, and family and friends that supported me and gave me the encouragement I needed.
It is so exciting for me to welcome new team mates and watch as they dream, grow and reach their own goals.
